Enlighta
Inc profiled in Dow Jones ComputerLetter
Enlighta Inc, a developer of global services governance
solutions for global 2000 companies outsourcing IT and
BPO services, or managing global delivery teams, said
it was profiled in the September issue of the Dow Jones
ComputerLetter.
The article, published in Volume 20, Number 17 mentions
"The company is eying as a strong opportunity the steady
increase in the amount of so-called business process
outsourcing, or BPO, which encompasses call centers,
facilities management, and many other tasks. One of
the most important of these is the maintenance and extension
of large-scale IT applications. Many work steps are
typically involved as an ERP system is rolled out in
a new country, for instance, and Enlighta's software
can oversee and monitor the performance of those steps
by either internal teams or a global outsourcing provider.
The company has paid special attention to making its
software configurable by business analysts, as opposed
to programmers. That's made possible largely through
a proprietary business-object-oriented software framework."
