We are industry veterans – who have lead research and development in enterprise product companies and have lead IT services groups in leading companies. We have experienced outsourcing from all sides – as IT services providers delivering applications development and maintenance services, as BPO services providers helping financial companies re-engineer business processes, and as customers of outsourced services.
Management Team
Enlighta’s management team brings considerable experience in developing and deploying enterprise software products to enterprises such as ADP, Wells Fargo, AT&T, MCI, BNP, and other global 2000 companies.
In addition to experience with enterprise software, Enlighta’s management team also has deep operational experience in managing and governing global services delivery for applications management and business process outsourcing (BPO).
Outsourcing Governance Council
Enlighta has key advisors from the industry and academia with extensive experience in IT governance, outsourcing, and shared services delivery in F500 enterprises. The Governance Council members have experience in IT management and governance of over $2B annual spends in their respective industries. Enlighta Governance Council members have helped shape Enlighta’s products and services and provide guidance on industry trends and strategy.
Enlighta’s team members have designed, implemented, supported ITIL services delivery, performance management, and contract governance solutions for multiple enterprises, and have a good understanding of best practices at the functional and technology level.
Enlighta has product engineering teams and solution delivery and support teams in the US, and in India. Enlighta has partnered with regional and global implementation partners to serve the needs of clients worldwide.
Product Engineering
Enlighta’s engineers have deep experience with enterprise-class applications and are from leading engineering universities. In addition to the core engineering team, Enlighta uses specialists for security, user-interface design, integrations, and performance tuning.
Application Implementation and Support
Most implementations are delivered using a combination of on-site, and off-shore delivery. Seasoned application consultants have worked with global providers that were SEI CMMi Level 5 compliant, and with ITIL v3 compliant operations. Enlighta has multiple support groups that provide application support and infrastructure hosting support. Over 80% of the support personnel have more than two year’s experience in supporting and configuring Enlighta solutions for enterprise clients.

Enlighta has partnered with premier managed services providers to provide 24×7 infrastructure hosting services in state-of-art data centers located at multiple sites across the world.
Nipun Sehgal
Founder & CEO
With over 20 year’s experience in management and global delivery, Nipun is the principal architect, visionary, and executive responsible for global product strategy and service delivery at Enlighta. Nipun has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies to help them define sourcing strategies, streamline and automate vendor performance management, design and implement governance, risk management, and delivery processes.
Prior to Enlighta, Nipun has been a senior executive in public and private software technology companies and has been responsible for global research, development, and deployment of enterprise solutions for Global 2000 clients. The common theme in these applications was a high degree of complexity across the extended enterprise, and high performance and scalability requirements.
Nipun was the Chief Technology Officer at a BPO services provider, with operations in India and the USA, providing back-office services to leading financial services companies.
He commenced his career at Tata Unisys and holds an M.S in Computer Science from Santa Clara University, California. Nipun has contributed to papers on business process management and has presented at global sourcing conferences.
Meena Sehgal
Vice President, Engineering Operations
Meena is responsible for all engineering, quality, and support operations at Enlighta. Meena brings with her more than 20 years of industry experience working with SaaS, Enterprise Application, and Middleware companies such as NetDynamics, Sun Microsystems (NASDAQ: ORCL), Kana Software, Attributor (NASDAQ: DMRC), and Quantivo Corporation. Prior to her current position, Meena was overseeing Enlighta’s Quality and Support operations as Director. Meena has a postgraduate degree from IIT Mumbai.
In her not so copious spare time, Meena enjoys walking the dog, painting, and reading.
Ketan Pandya
Director, Research & Development
Ketan is a Director of Research & Development and primarily responsible for new platform capabilities, AI & NLP, mobile and solution integrations. Ketan has 20+ years of experience working with enterprise applications, mobile, AI, and middleware technologies. Ketan has been a technical lead or co-founder of multiple technology companies.
Ketan is a BTech graduate from IIT Mumbai. When not coding or in scrums, he strums.
