It is important for stakeholders to be notified of alerts for actions to be taken (such as approvals), or notifications on actions performed (such as submission of a high priority request), or breaches of SLAs or compliance terms, etc.
Enlighta platform supports multiple forms of alerts – notifications, reminders, breaches, warnings, and escalations with different color-coding so that it is easy for users to acknowledge and respond.
Alerts are integrated into different Enlighta modules – such as SLA compliance monitoring, financials, data feeds, process automation, etc., and are delivered via multiple methods such as email alerts, SMS alerts, RSS feeds, dashboard alerts, etc. Alerts can be sent to specific user groups or to all users with a specific user role or to individuals, and on clicking of an alert, the user would be directed to the source of the alert. Alerts enable relevant messages to be delivered to the appropriate user using the right format of alert delivery.
