Enlighta respects the privacy of anyone who uses the Enlighta Web site (www.enlighta.com) and downloads any Enlighta applications or accesses online the Enlighta applications.

This Privacy Policy communicates how Enlighta gathers and uses information collected from you or about you, and how this information is protected.

Enlighta provides its products ("Products") and services ("Services") to you subject to the Enlighta End-User License Agreement, Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy.

Collected Information
We require people who register on the Enlighta web site, to provide contact information. This information may include information, such as the name of the user, email address, phone number, name of the company and its address and phone number, password.

From users that download Products or use its Services, additional information may be collected such as financial and billing information, such as billing name, billing address, credit card number, expiry date, etc.

Other optional information may be collected to enable us to provide better products and services to you, to keep you informed of company updates, promotions, events, newsletters as well as product and service updates and surveys. We also use this information to better market our products and services to prospects and customers.

Enlighta does not distribute or share customer data with third-party service providers, except as noted in its Enlighta Subscription Agreement, as explicitly agreed in another mutual agreement, or as may be required by law. The billing information collected through the Enlighta Web site is used solely to bill for the Product and Services. Other than when you are explicitly informed otherwise (when information is requested from you), or as provided for in the Enlighta Subscription Agreement, we do not disclose to any third party the information this is collected.

Enlighta may set up referral relationships with third-party entities ("Referral Partners") who would refer their customers to Enlighta. Paying customers of Enlighta application that have been acquired through a Referral Partner are considered customers of both Enlighta and the Referral Partner. Enlighta and a Referral Partner may share customer information including contact information, account and billing information with respect to their joint business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information would allow Enlighta and the Referral Partner to establish the identity of the shared customer and determine referral fees owed. This sharing would also allow Referral Partners to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer. Shared contact and account, financial and billing information is governed by the Enlighta Subscription Agreement. Enlighta does not share your business data with Referral Partners.

Enlighta has business relationships with third-party companies and individuals ("Third-Party Service Partners") to extend the functionality of the Products and Services provided by Enlighta as well as the products and services of the Third-Party Service Partners who pay Enlighta for use of the Products and Services and use this Third-Party Service are considered customers of both Enlighta and the Third-Party Service Partner. Enlighta and a Third-Party Service Partner may share customer contact, account, and billing information, and business data with respect to their integrated business relationship with the customer. The sharing of this information allows Enlighta and the Third-Party Service Partner to stablish the identity of the shared customer and determine the fees owed to each party. Any shared data collected and managed by the Third-Party Service Partner is governed by the Third-Party Terms of Service.

Enlighta uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing. This intermediary enables Enlighta to distribute and sell its Products and Services and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide information on the Enlighta Web site, but they are not permitted to collect any information, nor does Enlighta share any personally identifiable user information with these parties.

Enlighta customers use Enlighta applications to access and host data and information. Enlighta will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except as provided in the Enlighta Subscription Agreement or as may be required by law.

Any business data that is accessed for support issue resolution or problem determination, will be done so with your permission.

Caveat
Users of the Products and Services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords.
Enlighta may also collect certain information from visitors to the Enlighta Web site and customers of the Products and Services, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to fix technical problems, and, at the aggregate level, may be used to understand usage and access trends, plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies and may be provided to third-parties to in the context of the same.

Cookies
Cookies are files Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive. They are used to help us authenticate clients and provide timesaving shortcuts and preferences. Enlighta may use cookies to save and retrieve individual authentication information as well as other application related information. When a visitor follows a link to the Enlighta Web site from an affiliate site or promotion, Enlighta may store information about that affiliate or promotion in session cookies.

Third Party Sites
The Enlighta Web site and Enlighta applications may contain links to other Web sites. Enlighta is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other Web sites. Customers and visitors must check the policy statement of these others Web sites to understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may be disclosing their private information. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.

Security
Enlighta has security measures in place for the products and services to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the data under Enlighta's control. Enlighta applications can be configured to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) using server authentication and data encryption to help make the application access safe. Enlighta requires unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of data.

Opt-Out Policy
Enlighta offers you a means to choose how we may use information you provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Products and Services, you change your mind about receiving information from us or about sharing information with third parties, send us a request specifying your new choice.
