Seamless integration with existing client tools and other SaaS applications is a key requirement for most client implementations.
Enlighta has robust integration support that supports bi-directional integration with leading ERPs (SAP, Oracle), leading HR applications (Oracle-PeopleSoft, Workday), leading IT Management tools (ServiceNow, Jira), Sourcing tools (Ariba, Coupa), Workforce Management Systems (Beeline, SAP Fieldglass), leading BI tools (Tableau, IBM Cognos) and more.
- Enlighta Web Services API - used to integrate with "real-time" systems such as application, network and systems monitoring tools; fault-management systems; external work-flow systems; ERPs for service request provisioning, etc.
- Batch file (ASCII – CSV) file import - for as-needed or scheduled import of data from external systems or databases. The data can be tickets, assets, alarms, etc.
- Enlighta Data Integration Service - for sophisticated mapping of external sources to Enlighta meta-data, definition of validation rules and aggregation of data. The DIS capability supports skipping of records, combining fields, skipping of fields, mapping, unique constraints, skipping of columns from the input source and a lot more.
- Email Data Source - for parsing and input of data via Email from external sources.
- JDBC Data Source - for direct interface with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2).
- JMS (Java Messaging Service) - for high volume data interface (1M+ records per day)
- Authentication Interface - for external authentication service (such as custom LDAP, etc.)
